This site has a small footprint at just 50 feet by 50 feet. With its unique zoning, it allows reduced setbacks. The challenge was to navigate the zoning code to provide an attached ADU that fit in the requirement of 75% of the existing 500 SF house. The solution is an efficient 396 SF ADU that has a full kitchen, laundry hook-ups and dedicated sleeping area.
